三、建设方案。汽车车架的主要生产工艺包括卷板→开平→剪板下料→冲孔→成型→铆接→检验→入库→发运。需购买车架纵梁生产线、车架铆接生产线、车架涂装生产线。项目建设周期2年。

四、环境评估。废气、废水、固体废弃物、生活垃圾等按照环保要求，分类收集，达标处理。

五、投资估算与资金筹措。该项目计划总投资人民币1.25亿元，资金主要来源于投资方、银行贷款。

六、财务评价。项目建成投产后，预计年销售收入3亿元，利税5000万元，项目投资回收期2年。

II. Market analysis

With the rapid development of motor industry and technology, many of the motor crafts are developing fast, concise and efficient methods and many new technologies are widely used. The design of the automobile frame production line according to the practice of the production logistics and the site refers to the mature experience of famous heavy duty truck longeron production line from abroad and home. The design takes the domestic affordable "lean production (LP)" mode as its design guiding ideology, implementing design fundamentals of mature technology, economy, convenience and safety sufficiently, which makes this production line possess certain flexible production capacity. The selection of equipment and materials in production lines prioritizes domestically well-known products, which makes the whole line economical, reasonable, advanced and reliable.

III. Construction proposal

The manufacturing processes is including late Rolling→Uncoiling and leveling →Shearing and baiting→Punching→Shaping→Riveting→Test→Storage→ Shipment.The main production equipment: production line for longitudinal member; production line for frame riveting;production line for frame painting. The duration of construction is 24 months.

IV. Environmental assessment

In accordance with the requirments of the environmental protection regulations，the disposal of waste gases，waste water，solid waste，household garbage，and the other kinds of waste will meet regulatory disposal standards，after seperation and collection.

V. Investment estimation and funding

The total planned investment for this project is 125 million RMB. The funds will be primarily raised from investors. Local banks may provide loans.

VI. Financial analysis

It is expected that the annual sales revenue will be 300 million RMB with taxes of 50 million RMB on profit, and that the payback period will be 2 years after the project is constructed.
